These Terms govern your use of the District app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use District. You agree to:
Content you contribute — such as check-ins, reviews, photos, or business details — is your responsibility. You grant District a license to display and use that content within the service. You must have the right to submit it, and it must not infringe anyone's rights or be unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
Business owners may claim listings, which we may verify before approval. Owners are responsible for keeping their listing information, hours, deals, and events accurate and current. District reserves the right to review, edit, or remove listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or that no longer represent a locally-owned and operated business.
District offers Free, Basic, and Premium membership tiers for business owners. Paid plans renew on the billing cycle you select until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Deals and events shown in District are offered and fulfilled by the listed businesses, not by District. We are not a party to those offers and are not responsible for their terms, availability, or fulfillment. Please direct questions about a deal or event to the business offering it.
Check-in achievements and status levels are provided for engagement and entertainment and carry no monetary value. District may adjust, reset, or discontinue these features at any time.
The District app, its design, branding, and content we create are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. Business names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, District is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any issues arising from inaccuracies in business listings, deals, or events.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
